From Washington representative, Brian Baird introduced a bill a few days ago, H.R. 3247 that will establish a social and behavioral science research program. What would the program do? It would be set up to identify and understand social and behavioral factors that influence energy consumption to promote the utilization of the results of social and behavioral research to improve the design, development and demonstration and application of energy technologies policies and programs, and it's going to create a director of social and behavioral research.
We will soon all be zombies saying "YES BARRY IS GOD AND WE WILL DO AS WE ARE TOLD."
