2. FEW DAYS LATER LICENSE PLATE IN WINDSHEILD NOT ON FRONT OF CAR (TICKET)
3. VISIT FROM DOG CATCHER UNLICENSED DOG (TICKET)

Greedy government is going to nickle and dime us tickets for everything with no warnings.
